Data may be collected electronically or physically through website use, email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings, quotation and contract processes, support records and technical records generated during service delivery.

Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for applicable statutory retention periods; once these periods expire, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

Technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk and service scope are applied to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No internet or information system can provide an absolute security guarantee.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights to the extent applicable:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose.
• To know third parties to whom the data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• To request deletion or destruction of data where the legal conditions are met.
• To request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• To object to a result against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems.
• To request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
