How Does the White-Label Delivery Process Work?
1. NDA and scope definition
Client information, communication boundaries, visibility, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are defined.
2. Technical discovery and partner quote
Requirements, products/licensing, engineering effort and project risk are analyzed to produce partner pricing.
3. White-label project delivery
The project is delivered either invisibly to the client or as an extension of the partner team.
4. Testing, documentation and handover
Configuration, topology, test results and required documentation are handed over to the partner.
5. Post-project support
The engagement can close after delivery or continue as ongoing backend technical support.
